Documents Required:
- A passport with validity not less than 6 months
- Three copy of personal detail page of the passport
- Three fully completed visa application forms
- Six recent passport size (4*5 cm) photographs
- Three copy of airline ticket or itinerary
- Three copy of permanent resident visa pages
